Heritage Day 2022 was a blast and one to remember, working all over to help children better understand their heritage. Where they come from and where they are going, lots of activities that for month of September which included but were not limited to the following -
Poster creation with paint interacting with the youth and aftercare then sharing what Heritage means to them.
Creating content for children to access based on their specific Heritage.
Working in schools to teach children through a creative and interactive way about their Heritage.
Learning about the Heritage of our English, Japanese, German, Swiss and Polish international volunteers respectively.
Finding out more about our religion, traditions, cultures and roots in order to be understand each other.
Our children in the ECD along with the teachers, dressed up on Friday the 23rd of September in aid of the official day which was the 24th of September. We will continue in the schools till Friday which is the last day of the month, closing off a exciting and great month of learning about so much. #TogetherWeCanMakeABiggerDifference
