Graduation day again, the first for 2022

Today we had celebrated a milestone occasion with our students, over 50 students graduated from the Computer & Life Skills, Business Training and Sewing and Beading Centre respectively. Our aim is always to empower unemployed adults and youth alike to become more employable, more confident and gain the necessary skills and knowledge to become a success in life.

We are so proud of all of our students for persevering through difficult times, lockdown, load shedding, gang violence, stormy weather to name but a few. The added or main obstacle for most of them was sticking with the program when the need to find work during that time in order to support their families became a distraction but motivated many to complete what they have started.

All glammed up, we saw the change from the person who walked in the gate on the first day to the confident, empowered, charismatic individuals they have evolved into. We have already got positive feedback from them, some have already found jobs and some have enrolled into college and Universities.

Our next intake will start this coming Monday and look forward to the journey that awaits the next group of students. #TogetherWeCanMakeABiggerDifference
