It's only January and we already had 3 fires, the latest this morning in Overcome Heights, the other, early hours of Monday morning in Vrygrond. Its a really sad situation when you lose everything and their is no back up plan or finances to rebuild. The trauma that it brings is even sadder, young children left destitute and parents struggling to come to terms with what has transpired.
We are thankful for what we have and for that we will continue to fight for these communities we serve. We thank you all for your continued support of donations which we can distribute to those who lost their belongings in the fires.
