Today is our Community Health Day at Where Rainbows Meet together with Projects Abroad health and nutrition volunteers. A day of health checks, blood pressure, sugar test and even weight and height. It is then followed by the cooking demo which showcases healthy and nutritious meals as well as information regarding food and your health.
