Team Building Tuesday - Switch Day

Today we had a Team building switch day, where fellow colleagues had to switch roles in the different projects. However the different project HOD's had to stay in their respective places to ensure that our little team building activity would run smoothly. The aim of this activity was to make the employees aware that each and everyone's work in this organisation is just as challenging as the next persons. So that nobody feels underappreciated, and that everyone can understand that we all play an important role in upholding the vision and mission of the organisation.
