Best community service Project - Kroomboom Rotary (Len Breen Trophy 2016-2017)

Where Rainbows Meet was voted by 52 different Rotary clubs around Africa as the best community service Project (Len Breen Trophy 2016-2017). The Rotary club of Kroomboom had the honor of accepting this award for us as they have been our loyal supporters for many years and added so much value and development not only to the organization but the communities that we work in.

This past Wednesday, 6th September 2017, they handed over the award to our Director, Mymoena Scholtz during our supper social, together with our board members, staff, volunteers and our esteem guests, The Rotarians of Kroomboom.

We would like to thank the Rotary Club of Kroomboom for all they are doing and still to do for Rainbows and the many other projects they are involved in. Thank you for seeing the value of the organization and the people that are so committed and dedicated to making the changes in the lives of the less fortunate!

We will continue doing the work that brings social and economic changes that impact the many lives of the people living in extreme poverty all around the Western Cape. 9 years on and Where Rainbows Meet continues to aim higher despite the challenges we face on a daily basis, as the need is greater than the obstacles ahead of us

"Together we can make a bigger difference".
