What an awesome day!! Around 300 people( 200 children+100 adults) joined our Heritage day's event:)
At the beginning, we walked in Vrygrond throwing colorful powder each other as the opening ceremony. While doing that, we served breakfast and the guests ate them. After that, we enjoyed many contents ・tag of war, ・bamboo noodle challenge, ・jump rope, ・beanbag toss, ・water run and ・African dance. These activities are from other countries because we prepared them to let them enjoy other culture: HERITAGE!!. Due to time, we couln't do bamboo noodle challenge and African dance but I'M pretty sure that everybody had a lot of fun:)
Not only that but we served other contents: A Japanese volunteer made a world map which has many pictures of each cultures and other volunteers wore their traditional clothes and cooked traditional foods.
After finishing those activities, we ate late lunch and volunteers introduced them our own heritage, then this event came to the end...
We can't wait for next year's one!!
